Wang led the way with an impressive afternoon on the mound in just his second start with the Blue Jays this season. He did not allow a run over seven frames while surrendering seven hits and two walks with five strikeouts.

The native of Taiwan recorded 13 of his 21 outs on the ground and threw 60 of his 99 pitches for strikes. Since officially joining the club earlier in the week, Wang has thrown 14 1/3 innings in two efficient starts while providing some much-needed rest to the bullpen.
